This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the digital products and templates ("Products") provided by HIREA DIGITAL, LLC ("HIREA DIGITAL," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

HIREA DIGITAL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your personal or business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All our products come with a commercial license.

2. Restrictions

Actions prohibited include:

Sublicensing, reselling, sharing, giving away, making public, or modifying the templates for editing by others.

Engaging in any activity directly competing with the original product.

Reselling the products/modified products or falsely claiming ownership.

Removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Products.

Using the Products in a manner that violates the intellectual property rights of HIREA DIGITAL or any third party."

3. Ownership

The Products are owned by HIREA DIGITAL and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. HIREA DIGITAL owns all the rights to the Products. Legal action will be taken if we find any breach in our copyright and legal terms.

4. What You Are Allowed to Do

You're allowed to:

Utilize the template for your business/brand.

Create content and promote your brand using the templates.

Customize fonts, colors, add your logo and information to tailor the templates to your style.

5. What You Are Not Allowed to Do

You are prohibited from:

Selling, loaning, or giving away the templates or allowing a third party to use them in their original form (templates).

Sharing your purchase with third parties—whether a client or a friend—without prior written consent obtained directly from us.

Reselling the product in its original form (templates).

Claiming ownership of the templates, designs, copy, or any of the elements as your own.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. HIREA DIGITAL may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

8. Changes to Agreement

HIREA DIGITAL reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on this page.
